If ever there was an example of why to use a traditional high street estate agent, my experience with Household would be it.

I have a thousand good things to say about this company. The staff are genuinely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Our property chain will go down in history as one of the toughest and most complicated, involving divorces, deaths and chain breaks to name but a few of the issues! However these guys (and in particular Michael Grehan, their sales progressor) handled the whole thing calmly and with utter dedication. In my opinion Michael went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through, and once it had done he stuck around to help and support with the onward purchase despite his job being done. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. I dealt with 3 other Dunstable agents during this process and Household knocks spots off them all.
