Our housing model is unique as it offers both local authorities and RSL's housing without capital outlay.
Furthermore, the housing is made in the UK, creating UK jobs. Site preparation works are no different to a standard house building operation

- We produce housing to code 4 housing standards and to a specification required by the local authority /RSL.
- The houses are built in the UK.
- Site preparation is carried out conventionally.
- The normal 28 week delivery period is reduced to 12 weeks.
The houses are built to NHBC standards or equivalent and the main contractor is also registered with the warranty issuer, hence the houses are warranted in the normal way.
We have spoken to a number of local authorities up and down the country, they are all excited and feel that it could be a solution towards the UK housing shortages.
We need help to encourage local authorities to consider our method of increasing housing numbers.
We have put together a proposal which can be aimed at Local Authority’s /RSL’s.
We provide a no capital outlay solution for increasing housing numbers:
1. Local authority land, they provide this for the period of the lease. (our solution is perfect for infill sites, most LA’s have much open space totally underutilised)
2. A long term FRI lease is entered into.
3. Our Housing has a minimum (life span) of 60 years and is recyclable.
4. We can design the house to your individual specification requirement.
5. From a maintenance perspective, we can utilise the Local Authorities /RSL’s supply chain and M& E's so that their maintenance team are not alienated with new designs etc.
6. Rent levels: these can start at affordable rent levels and go onto average rent levels as and when appropriate.
7. A factory visit and a viewing of our show home can be easily organised.
