I wanted to let you know how I was getting on following the reflexology treatment on Tuesday evening.
... I am feeling so much better! I felt sleepy after the treatment and went home to have dinner (no broccoli or mushrooms!) and later on had an Epsom salts bath and slept very well. Later on the next day my stomach started to deflate, it was clearly removing the tension/ residue that was present. Yesterday I felt really good, sinuses started as you advised they might do and today still good although i will have another Epsom salt bath this evening to continue with the relaxation element. Just trying to focus on breath and managing stress levels.
Thank you so much for not only your expertise with the reflexology treatment but with your guidance on the digestion and nutrition issues.
