Sadly couldn't yet quite afford a new model Cee'd so bought an 11 plate 3 crdi SW privately. Took it in to Kia Weston to get a possible wheel bearing checked. Ended up being a bearing in the auto gearbox which was duly replaced under warranty and sorted a couple of other issues, all also under warranty. Free loan car for the period of repair and excellent customer service, particularly from Charlotte Chard in aftersales. George Lippe in sales was also very helpful , would certainly buy from him in the future. Most impressed, my first Kia will assuredly not be my last, will be back next year for a service.

OMG right middle of night panic, just relised I had left quite a bit of cash In the car rather than my back pocket when I stopped to walk the dog on way home from the bank, the car was valeted at the garage today....... it was still there! I need to phone the manager and commend the honestly of their staff!!!

I am always wary of car dealerships as they always have a bad press,but I have found Howards an exception to the rule,they treat their clients with thought and professionalism ,which has been a pleasant and remarkable revelation.

I will certainly purchase from them again.

From I called them up to stepping in the show room Richie Powell is the best sales man every good experience he dealt with me good from start to finish! I will be going back there with no question asked only if everyone can be like Richie! Can't wait to pick it up and drive away feeling happy! Because it is the car I always wanted and now I got it I am a happy bunny! X

Brought a second hand Peugeot 208 from Howard's Dorchester in September and couldn't fault the sales man we dealt he kept us informed every step of the way. When we looked at the car it had a scratch in the door but by the time we picked it up 2 days later you couldn't even tell that there had ever any scratch ever there. It was also nice that the sales man phoned us a couple of days after we took the car to make sure that we were happy with everything. Defiantly can't fault their customer service. The only fault I had is a minor one and that is we turned up on the day we were looking for cars and there seemed to be 3 salesmen looking out the window who never came to see if they could help us with anything I know it was 1/2 hour before closing but they definitely saw us and they couldn't be sure if we were just looking or going to be buying. But then the salesman we dealt with made up for this by helping us straight away once walked in sales room he didn't know we were here before this as where he was sat he couldn't see out the window and he sat and worked through the sale and any questions we had till well after closing time. Will defiantly be buying from Howard's Dorchester again when we next decide to change our Peugeot.

The man on service part was very polite ,I'll comment when I see what citreon do with my car,that is only 7 months out of warranty.

Went in to Toyota to assist a family member in regards to changing/upgrading car, staff rude, unhelpful and very reluctant to give asking price for car being exchanged. This price would also differ on what type of car we chose. It’s either worth a certain amount or it isn’t.

Avoid at all costs, only concerned about getting more money from you. Found another dealer (drive Vauxhall) who gave true market figure for car and a deal was done.

Well we are on a third attempt of them being able to book my car in for a seemingly simple job. Purchased my car in January and since end of Feb I have been trying to get it sorted. They have no record of me taking my car in for an appointment to have it listened to, failed to order the part they said they would order, and then when I had it booked in for it to be listened to and have the work done it hadn't been booked. Manager failed to phone me to discuss my frustrations, and then today I was due to take it in for work tomorrow and yet again it wasn't booked in, and neither was the courtesy car!!! Total nightmare!

Very poor customer service, they refuse to accept they could have made a mistake and want me to pay a second time to fix the same fault! No reply to complaint letter sent to manager. May have to try local press to let people know how they treat customers.

Shocking service and communication from Honda WSM. Bought a '17' plate CRV paid extra to have a genuine Honda factory fitted tow bar only to have the car butchered when installing it. Car is 15 days old and had been back to garage 3 times! So 3rd time lucky it comes back as it should of first left, with a tow bar fitted correctly and professionally. Communication costs nothing, but keeping a new customer happy is everything, well that's what I thought obviously Honda WSM has other ideas. ��
