Just a quick post to inform everyone we will be closed tomorrow and Monday for Easter and back on the Tuesday, but we will be keeping an eye on the emails.
We hope you all have a happy Easter!! Thank you.

With Easter around the corner, we would like to bring in the holidays with our loyal customers and have a bit of fun. We would like to put out a challenge to both experienced and new HPC Laser customers out there and show us what you can do. Now and the week leading up to Easter we want you to post photos on our Facebook page of what you have created. You must have your HPC Laser in the photo with your creation and can be of any theme or topic. Models, cuttings and engravings all allowed. The closing date is Easter Monday and the winner will be chosen by our judges the following week. So if you would like to win some Easter goodies, show us what you have got.

After another successful year at the Sign and Digital show, we would like to give out a big thank you to all that attended and saw our team over the days and was a very good chance to catch up with some of our current customers.
We would also like to thank the new customers choosing HPC Laser and placing orders for new Laser engravers/cutters and we look forward to you starting your new journeys with us.

I just wanted to send you an email to say how AMAZING your technician was who delivered my laser today, I think his name was Pawel? I can not praise him enough!!! Not only was he so knowledgeable and helpful he was also cool and calm when the laser got stuck in the door. While I was in a complete flap and couldn't even think straight he just carried on and with a bit of help from a friend we got i...t in! The training was so helpful and he didn't mind repeating things at all or answering my silly blonde questions!! He is an absolute credit to your company!!!! (and after today I think he deserves a medal!!!)

Test cutting 1.5mm stainless today on the LS1390 Multi cut laser before it is sent to our new customer in Ireland.

Our 6090 CNC routers maybe small but pack a punch. This system has been designed with a custom-built enclosure and supplied to a school in Kent.

Seizing an opportunity to show off our new software USB's, we thought we would take this opportunity to update everyone on the rapidly approaching Sign and Digital show!!

Spoke to one of your team this morning, and he was so friendly and helpful. As a complete newbie to laser machines he explained each question I asked brilliantly without making me feel inadequate! Can’t wait for my email to come through with my quote! Thankyou so much again for your help! �

My oldest HPC laser is 8 years old and apart from a couple of worn out parts is still working flawlessly. Unfortunately my youngest machine of 6 years old had a fire while I stupidly left it just a bit too long (I had missed that the file had a cut layer rather than just engraving). As it was around 6 years old it was not worth trying to repair so I ordered a new machine and as I need it quick HPC managed to deliver and install a week later. The machines and support are second to none - thanks to all at HPC!

Just wanted to say how impressed I was today with engineer Andy who came out to service our laserscript 6840 today. He was brilliant and has managed to allay many of the worries that have stopped me from being able to do certain aspects of maintenance that should have been done and haven't.

Thank you so much. The cutter has been great since we bought it and the sales team have been great when I have needed sheet materials. Thanks again to all at HPC

I am very happy with my HPC laser. The company was a pleasure to deal with at every stage of the order, the engineer who delivered and installed it was extremly knowledgeable. The machine works flawlessly, I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Had our machine just less than a year. Fantastic. Just wish we had got a bigger bed size. Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great stuff

HPC Laser have been extremely helpful to our Brighton Based High School. We have a LS1290 laser cutter which we highly recommend for Arts & Technology subjects. The machine we use has a very large bed which is capable of cutting a broad range of materials, thicknesses and sheet sizes.



The technical support is fantastic; the staff are very friendly and approachable. You can call them for casual advice over the phone or book services and repairs if necessary. The engineers who visit are well organised and very knowledgeable of the machines- they’ll also happily answer any questions whilst working.



We booked our annual service earlier in the year and the engineer went out of his way to demonstrate regular maintenance, resolving any issues we had and even offered tips and tricks for using the software. This was great value for money and very useful for our staff that were new to the machine.



Thank you HPC Laser for the ongoing support!

Fantastic service from the get go! The team answered all my questions so I felt really confident in my choice of laser! Andrew who delivered the laser was great and got everything set up really quickly too!
