We apologise for the lack of updates regarding the status of HQ sports bar.
We are very sorry to give you the disappointing news, but HQ Sports Bar will not be reopening as hoped.
We tried our utmost to work out ways of making sure it stayed alive but unfortunately due to many reasons which we cannot go into were unable to save it.
... We hope in the future more is done to help all the independent businesses of Dunstable, as this has had a massive impact on the outcome of HQ.
So again, I would like to thank everyone who was part of HQ, every single staff member and customer who walked through the doors since 2014, you have given me the best memories to last the rest of my life! ❤
On a more positive note we are pleased that although HQ has closed its doors we aim to keep the HQ name alive by bringing one off sporting events ensuring Dunstable still isn’t missing out on the best sporting action with the best atmosphere! 👀

Two weekends to go!

Friday 21st September: Our final ever stock market with DJ KIX
Saturday 22nd September: Anthony Joshua v Alexander Povetkin with DJ Darren Jones, creating one last unbelievable atmosphere to go out with a bang.
Sunday 23rd September: 'THE END'.. We will be opening as normal at 11am to show our final two fixtures of West Ham v Chelsea and then onto Arsenal v Everton.. Following this we will have music from our two resident DJ's closing the last Sunday Sesh off. All staff, ex staff, door staff, anyone who helped build and maintain HQ over the last 4 and half years and of course all our loyal customers are invited to come down for one final drink with us before I close the doors for the last time.
It would be great to see as many of you as possible over the next two weekends!
There will also be an update very soon regarding the future of HQ!
