Aero is everything! The only way you’ll get more aerodynamic and be comfortable in a more aggressive position is by being more flexible. Working on flexibility, combined with massages can help get you into a better position on the bike!
Quite good video discussing the benefits of shorter cranks, especially when combined with being in the aero position. For what it’s worth I’m 6’4” and use 170mm cranks.
