I normally champion HTC, but I'm more than disappointed that they deem the UK unworthy to receive the M9+. I will seriously consider switching allegiance.

Got HTC Desire820 August 2015 through EE contract. Dear started having various problems. During May 2016 started having problems with sound and Canada, eventually unit started switching off while pressing camera app. Called customer services end June 2016.

After a lengthy terms and conditions taped introduction the first assistant took 4 minutes taking various details , in between the conversion there was a lot of repeated details as I was not conversant with their jargon and slang terms. After 10 minutes of confused conversion and instructions the line cut off. Waited for 5 minutes expecting a call back ....... nothing. (This is called customer relationship and interest? )

Called them again, new person on other end, explained him that I was speaking to one of his colleagues. Got a blunt reply ' I won't know him as there are many of us'. Started the same lengthy process and got cut off again. Waited.... no call back.

Called third time, started the annoying process again with a third person , explained him of my frustration. An intelligent person this time, advised me to send the unit to them as. It was still under warranty.

They received the unit on 05th July. But till 22nd July the unit is sitting in their workshop. I have tried calling them , all I get after 4 minutes exchange of details" hold on" ( they are very polite, do not use words like please to avoid wasting time) and then nothing happens, the line gets disconnected.

I have spent more than £45 on telephone calls alone, not mentioning loss of use of the unit.



I have family members using other makes and having experienced problems were sent replacement unit before asking to return the faulty unit.

My advice AVOID PURCHASING HTC , I HAVE ALREADY ADVISED MAJOR TELEPHONE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO AVOID SELLING THE HTC MARK.

Service at its worst don’t buy this brand mobile especially in India.

My four months old htc mobile gave for repair to the agent in qatar.phone was totally dead

It was on August 2015, till now nothig happend. ...

What should I do ?

Its very very bad company phones....the company's top management even does not listen to any of there customers if something will happen to the phones....my personal experience total wastage of money....htc phones...never go....if management will listen then whom the customer will trust....bad company with bad policy......

Its a pathatic mobile dont ever buy it, within 2 month the display gone and now the service center is asking money
