Worth the walk from Gorran Haven just for the burgers! Great location, tasty food, friendly staff and there's even beer - what's not to like!!

Well what can I say great food people are very helpful and friendly. we been coming here for 6 year now and love seeing them even if we not on site we always go see them.was there in July for 2weeks and eat most days and evening's.take care all and see you next year x

This place is in such a fantastic spot, right on the beach with beautiful views. The food is amazing & the staff can't do enough to help, will definitely be returning here

Not our first burger here, love the place, the food, the location and good staff..

Myself, family and friends all love this place. We come here quite often not only to eat and have a drink but to visit the beach as well. Fantastic place to go especially with children because they have the beach and a park to keep themselves entertained. The food is always to a high standard and there is a lot of Rieti to choose from. Or locally sourced and a good variety of local drinks too.I love the refurbishment that has taken place over the winter this year. �����

If we could give more then 5 * we would! Had a bit of a technical glitch with our order today and the kitchen didn't receive it. Staff dealt with it fantastically which we really appreciated. Great food & drinks as always. Xx

I've waited all winter for Hubbox to open and wasn't disappointed at all.

The tastiest burger I've ever tasted with onion rings to die for.

Very good value for money and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

We need a Hubbox in Maidenhead! 😋

I'm pretty much a local here, and in the Truro chain.

However tonight was absolutely wonderful.

It was my first time back since they reopened for the new season, and I was treating my mum for her birthday.

The staff were all very kind and thoughtful, she received a complimentary glass of Fizz and was constantly tended to throughout her meal!



Really enjoyed tonight and it's all down to the staff and their wonderful generosity. Keep it up guys! ❤️

I have just moved to Pentewan and to say that I am a fan of a nice burger 🍔 is an understatement. The staff are great 👍, the food is great 👍, the view is amazing....:: one word .. heaven

Had the best burger I’ve had in a long time! With gluten and dairy allergies I can’t normally get a decent bacon cheese burger � the vegan cheese was awesome!

Delicious food, great atmosphere and even though it was Cornish summertime busy the staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much hassle for our server, Joe. He was polite and happy.

Best burgers and sweet potato fries in the whole world! Honest � We camped last week and returned home Tuesday. I must say the staff are amazing, the food is amazing and the bar is amazing !!! I had the Kahuna burger....I was in heaven. Can't wait to return next year. Having a cool place to have a beer (milkshake for the little ladies) and a bit of food on our first visit to Pentewan Sands made it all that bit special even in the crazy storm!! See you next year. 10/10

After working at Pentewan all summer I thought it was finally time to sample the amazing food I'd heard so much about.... Wow, I wasn't disappointed, the food was absolutely delicious and the customer service from Emily was second to none. I shall be back next week and only wish I'd visited sooner. Thank you �

We visited pentewan sands and went to the hubbox twice over two weeks the last time we visited was on Friday around 3pm, we had to ask the staff if we could order( they were just stood at the bar), we had to ask if we could have the dessert that was ordered with the main meal. The plates weren't cleared away until we were leaving, then we had to ask for the bill (still stood behind the bar singing and chatting) then we said thanks on our way out and weren't even acknowledged by the staff. The previous week when the other staff were in that team was excellent, but such a let down on Friday when it wasn't even very busy.

An amazing setting and food to match. We had the Smokey B and some chilli cheese fries and both were excellent. It was very busy and we did have to wait a while but it was well worth it. Sadly this was spoiled by staff who avoided eye contact and just dumped stuff on the table and walked away so quickly we didnt have time to tell them there was a mistake. Also just dumped the bill on the table and never came back. Ended up going to the bar to pay after waiting 10 minutes. Spoiled what would have been a great evening at Hubbox. Would have been a 5 star review otherwise.

disgusted by the portion sizes of the frys with toppings for the cost! a tub not even half full. £38 between two familys and not even a half bag of chips!! discusting!! wont be bothering again as everyone still needed feeding. 4 tiny onion slices in batter for £2.95!!! lovely place ruined by greed.

The wait for food is usually 45 minutes to 1 hour! hire more kitchen staff

I’ve said this before, the chips are under portioned for the cost , again it just POTATO! But £6:95 for chips with a topping ! , well... it’s disgusting and When mentioned to the staff they put a FEW more on , but I’m guessing the chef was pissed off and chucked a load of jalepeons on making them uneatable/ruieningthem , they are my fav and never had them so bad ! , also so many staff and such a long wait for everything, such a shame ! Not a hater as I USED to come often but agree with other reviews it’s greed ! And not by the customer! I hope your lovely pics you post to advertise don’t keep misleading customers from your actual for sizes and quality �!
