We have ordered from hubbox many times before and can't fault the food quality - delicious and good quantities! Today (with our take away)there was a mix up with our food in which we called them up, and their customer service was brilliant, wanting to make sure we were happy. Food mix ups happen and hubbox couldn't have been better with helping sort it out.

This is a great place all the food is fresh and very well cooked ,reggae music playing in the background relaxed atmosphere i will definitely go back again.

The atmosphere perfectly suits the food and the staff know how to engage very well with the customers. I felt as if I well cared for without feeling intruded.

My little boy and I are definitely going to make this place our go to for milkshakes � the staff are lovely and the foods so good!! We love hubbox �

I was really impressed with the service I received! Very attentive to our needs (veggie, celiac and fussy) and very welcoming.

The food was fantastic and I can't wait to go again and try more from the menu!

Had the American pit burger and pumpkin spice milkshake , with skin on chips great food and so tasty

Don't go there for burgers, but for chilli nachos. They are bloody excellent. Burgers kinda too small for the price. Crew is so pro and friendly too! Really nice venue. We're heading back to Brittany with a good 'taste' of Plymouth.

Absolutely brilliant place to eat. India, Tom & Tash could not have been more accommodating to our group with 5 in wheelchairs. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants good food with amazing service. Nothing was too much trouble. Cannot thank you guys enough. � � � � � #Active8#realisingability

Usually go to the Hub in st Ives and truro which would always give 5* however wasn't that impressed with the plymouth one (sorry guys) didn't taste as nice and felt very cramped. Staff were really friendly and service was great and fast tho.

Normally love hubbox but not had one in a while so my colleague treated me to a burger and chips today and asked for no tomato in the bun as I have an intolerance to tomato products. Instead it came with a large piece of tomato....seeing as I only had 30mins break I didn't have time to come back to town to swap it, instead I had to throw away whatever had touched the tomato as I don't fancy being ill tonight. Chips wernt as good as they used to be either :( sorry guys x

Disappointed...burgers were nice but dry, could have been alot better considering they cost £15 each and thats without chips !!

Had to send back my pulled pork loaded fries as they were overdone and all hard and dry ! Granted she took the price of the fries off the bill....but unfortunately won't be visiting again.

Lovely friendly staff though.

Shame because what we received was nothing like all the pictures we've seen :(

Went here when it first opened and thought it was fairly good, went again on a hangover and it was great but went last week and was really disappointed. It was busy so the wait was 30 minutes...i wouldn't have minded but the buttermilk fried chicken burger had barely any chicken! It was really thin with loads of crispy batter which was greasey. For the price you pay, a decent bit of chicken wouldn't go a miss. I was absolutely starving at the time so ate it, but wont be going back.

Was treated to lunch via Deliveroo we had the chips with buttermilk chicken chips were soggy small portion the chicken must have been one goujon very disappointed very overpriced the presentation resembled left overs ready for the bin gutted for the boss who treated me to this

Hotdog was £8.50 and just the size of a standard hot dog and sparce on onions etc, just few pickles and peppers in the bottom and sausage stuck on top! Not worth the money at all. Chips were ok, but for a small burger and small hotdog and a couple of drinks for £29!

Ordered through Deliveroo on a Saturday night as a treat for my burger fiend teenage son. £28 (including delivery) for two burgers and two fries so was expecting something amazing. No. Mediocre burger, soggy and very salty fries, and greasy onion rings. My 14 year old son, who would quite happily dine on burgers morning, noon and night was not impressed in the slightest and didn't eat his. Won't be ordering again, there are much better burger places in Plymouth. Feeling cheated out of the best part of £30!

I'm a very big fan of Hubbox, ever since it was just a little container in Truro and me and my man are regulars in Pentewan and Truro and we love it.

So I was quite disappointed with the food in Plymouth earlier today. I ordered a HubBurger without tomato and it came with tomato, not a big deal, easy to be pulled off. But the Burger was quite badly burned in a way that the taste of burned was more than the taste of the burger. The same went for the bacon, really. It was so overdone it was hard and could be broken apart.

Bit sad about that, really, considering how much I love the other two.

I hope it was only because Plymouth was so darn busy today, might give it another try in the future.



That said, the people were extremely nice and chatty... so that was a big plus.

Sorry to say, we have been to Hubbox lots of times and had a good experience but this Sunday was a bit poor. We ordered after a few minutes wait for a table, which is fine. Ordering a turkey burger, chicken burger and a hotdog with 2 sides. Unfortunately we didn’t get our food for over 40 minutes and when it did come the chips were lukewarm and the hotdog was not good at all and not up to the standard we have been used to. The friendly guy did apologise for the wait but the food wasn’t great. I hope this hasn’t become the norm as we do love Hubbox but for the money we won’t be going again anytime soon. ☹️

Ordered buttermilk chicken and sweet potato fries chicken was so I over cooked the costing was like charcoal when asked if everything was ok said no the chicken was Over cooked and burnt she just said sorry about that no offer of discount for the uneaten mass I had on my plate so fair to say would never eat here again
