Situated just off the High Street in Lincoln’s city centre, Huckleberrys Bar & Grill offers authentic smokehouse classics. We cook with smoke, spice and passion.
We have sourced the finest meats … St Louis cut & baby back ribs, brisket and Boston butt pulled pork are rubbed in our own special seasonings , cooked in our American smoker the way it is done in Texas, Memphis and Kansas City and smothered in our homemade sauces.
Handmade burgers served inside 48 hour proved toasted glazed brioche buns exclusively made for us and American cut steaks mean there is something for everyone on our menu.
Try our mac and cheese balls or bacon popcorn. . so wrong it’s right.
In our quest to deliver an authentic American experience we encounter the same challenge that all BBQ shacks had in the old days… “When it’s gone, it’s gone. In other words we serve on a first come first served basis, so get here early to avoid disappointment.
We have a range of “house specials” served each day. If you are in a hurry our Xpress menu is available on weekdays between 12 and 2.
We are not just about the food. The drinks at Huckleberrys not only compliment the food but are drawn from the finest suppliers across the globe. A range of specially selected craft beers and premium spirits are constantly being sourced for your enjoyment or try “Hucks” fresh homemade lemonade and milkshakes

At Huckleberrys we believe that Christmas should be spent with family and loved ones... We will be closing at 9pm tonight and reopening at midday on Saturday 28th December so Team Hucks can have a very well earned break. We wish you all a very merry Christmas.
