Total waste of time this company. The customer service ends once they have taken your money. Save your money and go to a more reputable company, avoid them at all cost.

Very poor customer service.
When I entered I was approached by a member of staff blankly staring waiting for me to tell him what I wanted I told him I wanted a tablet. He began by telling me it was the wrong time of year for a tablet he then showed me a 7 inch tablet I commented on how small it was and asked if it was technically a tablet, he took offence with this and told me it was and asked me what I thought it was in a passive aggressive tone. I asked him jokingly if I could have a discount to which he responded we don't even get a discount, you won't. At the till I looked for his name tag conveniently he was the only staff member without a tag. I asked him his name telling him I'd like to make a review when he told me "you better check company policy before you make a review" followed by " A good review I hope" he repeated this several times until I said no I won't be after which he threadened "I'll remember that next time you come" safe to say I'll never go back it's simply appalling customer service
