Really helpful staff

Great place to shop. Staff were very helpful and polite!

Cool shop thats sells electrical appliances very helpful staff..

Anything advertised on their website can be rented or purchased. Knowledgeable staff. However they sadly fall behind Currys, John Lewis etc when it comes to cutting edge tech availability. Poor selection of PCs.

I visited the Felixstowe Branch on Saturday 13/12/2014 and i thought the staff were exceptional
They were very welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable
I have worked in retail for many years
and it was a joy to meet such lovely assistants who treated customers the same as I did
I will have no hesitation in returning there
I previously in the day had visited the Hughes outlet in Martlesham
and sadly the welcome was not there
no members of staff approached and they were not all busy with customers!
so I traveled further to Felixstowe
and I am very glad I did

Went into the store looking for a few product ideas and left the store with everything i needed, steven had a wide knolage about all products and the manager made sure my account was up to date, waz impressed with the conversation and lack of hard sales. I wanted to buy from this store
