popped in on Saturday for a Burrito ( glad I went for the 10" and not the 12 they are big!!) Freshly made in front of you and choose your own fillings. I had the spicy beef, lime and coriander rice, onions, peppers, cheese and spicy mayo and it was delicious!! and excellent value for money. If you fancy something Different give Hugos a try. Really friendly and helpful staff. And just in case you didn't know its also a really cool trendy bar at night so you can get fed and watered. Thank you Team Hugo I will be back!!

Wow. Popped in after eating in Turtle Bay en-route to watching Sarah Millican. What an amazing place. Really cool, fantastic music and the best gin I have ever had. Pity could not stay longer. Can't wait to return and will definitely be eating next time. Thanks guys x

Wow thank you for a lovely afternoon. My friends and I had a lovely Afternoon meal and drinks. Staff was really helpful and friendly. A couple of friends joined us for a drink after we’d eaten our meal. The food was delicious, you choose what items you want and your meal is made fresh in front of you. A lovely atmosphere and great value. Highly recommended for food or just calling in for a drink.

Wandered down Northgate mid-morning to hunt down Hugo’s after hearing great things about it, I wasn’t disappointed.



My pulled pork burrito with the works and pico on top was excellent and the lady behind the counter took time to explain the set up. Very friendly service and top quality, authentic Mexican food - a hidden gem, so go and try it you won’t be disappointed

Tried a cocktail � was not disappointed tried a few during the day but my pina colada was by far the best from Hugo

The Wife and I nipped in today for chilli dirty fries (oh my lord) and nachos. Great, quick and friendly service. The place was packed, great atmosphere, decor and music. Some of the tastiest food I've ever eaten. Top quality!

Pulled pork is to die for and the nacho cheese is unbelievable. My friend loves the spicy beef. The workers are really nice as well and the portions are decent sized

Popped in this morning & first impression was what a well presented & trendy establishment � Thank You for the free breakfast wrap & coffee this morning....enjoyed sausage, egg, mushroom & beans on a wrap with cheese...very tasty & would highly recommend. Looking forward to trying the lunch options �

Omg this place is amazing! Where do I start!!

The decor as soon as you walk in is fantastic really nicely done!

The bar staff were so lovely and were really understanding about my fussy eating needs lol!

The drinks were lush and when the food came it was displayed in cute little crates and tasted amazing!

The music was fab and the toilet was lovely and clean

And the manager was very friendly on our exiting of the night.

All in all an amazing night celebrating our wedding anniversary thanks Hugo Burrito we will be back very soon! X

My freind and I went yesterday for food and drinks and wow, what great service we received, the lady (I think she was called Rachel) went the extra mile to help us as we were unsure about what to order , We loved it and we'll be back. Top class service and great food and drink. The Mexican hats are ace too

Just been here for dinner and the food, place and staff were all fab. Love the new place too - been coming here since it was in the market hall and the new place looks great - great work ���

I hope this place really takes off. Me and my friend popped in last minute to get some food last night (Friday) and we just got a selection of starters to nibble on with a fab offer of 2 cocktails for £7 too. Food came quick, was tasty and a good price. Great staff that you could have a laugh with and we loved the sombreros scattered around the place (plenty of selfie opportunities with those). Will definitely be coming back again.

Had drinks, fabulous staff and we lived the frozen strawberry daiquiri. Cannot wait to go back. Quirky design, great service and fabulous cocktails. Nice to have somewhere to go in Blackburn

Great place! Really hope it does well because the food and drinks are great and the staff are lovely! We will absolutely be back to try more because it was a new menu that had launched. (That being said I'd go back for the same again anyway). I love that you can pop in for lunch, or a drink, or a meal. Be sure to visit because you will be missing out if you don't.

First time coming to hugos as won a meal for two off a competition on fb. Came with my mum. We both decided on burger and cheesy chips. Loved the chips. The staff in there are lovely girls, always coming up to check if the meals ok. 10/10

First time at Hugos yesterday and what an amazing birthday treat it was � the food was yummy.. as we're the drinks.. raychel.. The manager there was more than accommodating � all reasonably priced too �can see this being my new favourite go to place! Already planning returning for a girlie date..

Fantastic place, excellent choice for vegetarians. I had the vegan dog and can honestly say it's the best veggie food I've had in a long time! Staff are very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Been into Hugo’s a few times now since the new bar opened and enjoyed it every time! Service is great, staff are friendly and food is delicious! I don’t eat meat or dairy, which I struggle with in certain places but they know their stuff and there’s always options! Would love it a little more if dairy free cheese was available... I’d definitely be prepared to pay extra for it! Hopefully demand will increase so they add it on the menu!!

Amazing food, amazing service all at an amazing price. As 2 vegetarians there was loads to choose on the menu and the tequila selection was excellent. Totally recommend this place as a great night out and will be visiting again with friends! X
