slug in the bathroom, spiders in the kitchen and a general disregard for the occupants in there houses

As a PhD student based in Hull I have been with Unicom for almost 3 years now and I have received great service from their friendly and helpful staff. When any problems have arisen, Unicom have worked fast to fix them. I honestly could not fault their service. Highly recommend for affordable student accomodation in Hull.

Horrible. No key when I arrived the first day, I needed to go in another house for a week. No dishes at all when I arrived. No gas and electricity for 2 months, we needed to buy our own gas every four days and pay for it although it is supposed to be included.

Stayed in one of their properties on Walgrave Street for my first year. In general I received great service. Only hiccup was our boiler breaking down but it was replaced the next day. A friend is currently in a Unicom property having had to move from another landlords bad neighbouring property - they were flexible in accommodating him quickly.

Hutt St - Amazing property, fantastic service, I recently moved into a property on Hutt St using Unicom, I found them to be very efficient and extremely professional, due to the large number of our group I thought we may encounter some issues, but there didn't seem to be an issue at all, smooth process from start to finish, a we are all very happy and would recommend any large groups of students to give them a call!
