Hull UTravelActive is a new, exciting, Sustrans delivered project which aims to promote and facilitate active travel at the University of Hull and reaching further into communities across Hull. Through fun activities and events we will encourage cycling and walking as sustainable, accessible, cheap and healthy ways to travel.

Throughout the year we will have Bike Maintenance sessions, Cycle confidence training, Led rides and walks, fun cycling and walking related events.

In the New Year there will be a Bike Hub opening on campus with hire bikes available at very accessible rates for students and staff. The hub will have workstations and tools for use and a space to sit back, relax and learn about the fantastic benefits cycling has to offer.

It’s all about enjoying your journey, staying healthy, saving time and maybe the world while you’re at it;
