Hulljazz - Live Jazz Music Hull Description
The Best of Live Jazz music, at Hull's longest-running Jazz session, launched in 1983.
Venue is the Goodfellowship on the B1233 - Cottingham Road, HU5 4AT, close to Hull's ring-road, 1 /2 mile from Cottingham, and 1 /2 mile from Hull University. (Follow Hull Uni Signs).
Large car park, with CCTV monitoring, with access from Cottingham Road, or Kenilworth Avenue.
Live Jazz music gigs are usually on from 8: 30pm to 11: 00pm
Special admission price for music students (contact us for info).
For all our concerts, minors are welcome (and get in free), with a responsible adult.

We're sad to annouce the recent death of one of our very good friends Geoff Pamplin. He played tenor sax and was often the mainstay of our open-mic sessions. He will be missed as a contributor to those sessions and as a supporter of our activities generally. Our deepest sympathy to wife Betty, his family and all who loved him. His funeral is 10:30am Friday 19th Feb at the Church of St Mary, Fimber, East Yorkshire YO25 9LX (just off B1251).
LAST SESSION OF 2015 at GF tonight 16-December. It's the HULL SAXOPHONE COLLECTIVE Christmas concert.
The gig includes the collective's three combos playing Matt Smith's arrangements of familiar jazz and pop tunes. And, of course, one or two Christmas classics!
