Had a great weekend with 3 woodland birthday parties. I think we had as much fun as the kids-mud goblins, den-building, custard pixies, campfires. Happy birthday Sam, Oscar & Ronnie!
Today's good news story... Teddy - lost on our campsite in September 2016- has been found this weekend and re-united with his owner.
It's all happening at #HumblescoughFarm this evening .
Our Primary School visits have now finished for this term. We have really enjoyed meeting the children & staff. Thank you to all our school visitors who have taken part in Forest Farm acitivities. We hope you have enjoyed the story telling, campfires, making dens, environmental crafts, building pixie homes and playing games in the woodlands.
Alan's latest piece of ingenious woodart - made from a log in the firepit wood...
A wonderful lineup of cars from Oldham Mini Club's Rally at Humblescough Farm
Rainy weather didn't dampen the spirits of Year 2 Carr Head Primary School. We spent an active day in the woodlands-toasting marshmallows, fire striking and building pixie dens
Family of ducks enjoying the rainy weather..
Some campers just burn the fire logs on the firepit. Others see the potential for creative design. Thank you Alan Cole for this fantastic quirky figure created from one of our fire logs.
Forest Club sessions in the woodland. Simply the best way to spend Friday afternoons!
