About Hummus Bros
Hummus Bros is about feeding you homemade hummus with mouth-watering toppings, scooped off your own individual bowl with warm pitta bread, and accompanied by refreshing salads and juices.
We focus on taste, value for money, freshness and simplicity.
Hummus Bros Description
Hummus Bros was born on a glorious hot day in May 2003, when, as two college friends, we were searching for something filling and healthy that would taste great, and still leave some change for drinks at the Union Bar.
Passing on the usual options of pizza or sandwiches, we stumbled out of a small specialist delicatessen with three basic ingredients: pitta bread, hummus and olive oil. In no time at all, the bowls of hummus were wiped spotlessly clean.
"I could eat a good meal like that every day! " someone remarked. We looked at each other and smiled - a dream was born: to open a place dedicated to hummus.

Southampton Row branch was amazing, 20 of us for lunch, we had the whole upstairs to ourselves, and the staff were excellent. The food, oh my, HOW do you make that aubergine dip - it's fantastic. And the price is the best in town, I don't actually know how you do it, but keep it up, as we will be back again, and again.......
My favourite place to eat in London. My kids also love it. We ate at the Soho branch last week. My son told the waiter how much he loved the falafel and they gave him a ยฃ5 voucher. Superb.
My fav restaurante in the world. Ca't wait to get to back to London just to go there.
Love the Hummus Bros and their veggie options whether it be the refreshing falafel quinoa salad, or a falafel wrap to beat the summer heat or a warm mushroom bowl on those cold rainy days <3
Love hummus? Love Hummus Bros! I first came across them while doing a photoshoot in Clerkenwell. I liked the food so much I bought the book! Keep coming back.
I've visited a few times over the years and have not been disappointed. The food was lovely and the portions just right. Being a veggie I loved my hummus falafel and salad But it was my non veggie friends reaction that surprised me, they were very impressed. Good staff, good service and really nice food. Can't wait to go back.
I exclusively rent the mezzanine floor in their Holborn branch once or twice a month and have to say, the quality of food and service is just amazing. Couldn't ask for a better venue to host my events.
I came here with my friend who's actually one of the interns. The food is nice and I had a really good moment!
Absolutely favourite place to go while I am on my work break, perfect food, perfect staff, 11 out of 10 anytime ๐๐ป

Amazing lunch ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ thank you
Good lunch spot for those that are gluten intolerant.
Was a good experience, we had the chicken & guacamole (small). have to say the size was generous and very filling. Nice choice of toppings, the chicken wasn't very hot but the tahini, guacamole and bread was nice (all cold). i did expect more flavour in the hummus, overall quite bland but was good for the money. i've been to 'hummus bar' in budapest and that was amazing, so i hoped it would be as good - but not quite.
The butternut curry was really tasty. However if youโre called โhummus brosโ... Er... whereโs the hummus? Oh yeah, you have to pay ยฃ1.50 extra for it?? Slightly defeating the whole pint I think. Esp. When they pride themselves on being cheap.
I've had their cookbook for sometime so was really excited to spot them on a recent trip to London. Food was awesome but as I'd never been there before I wasn't sure how it operated. When asking the staff they were dismissive and a bit rude. I would go back because the food is worth it but not everyone automatically knows how it works. Be nice guys!
I like the food here, but I am grumpy that the business will no longer take cash.
We came here because it was advertised on TimeOut as a nice vegan option; on Wardour Street 88. Our hummus bowls came with sour cream which isnโt vegan, we politely explained the situation that it was never mentioned at any point the sour cream with dairy and the staff refused to change the order. We had to order again and pay again for a non dairy hummus bowl. Such a shame cause itโs advertised as vegan friendly. Stay away from it.
My worst eating experience in Soho. Awful service. I went for a quick supper. The waitress took my order down wrong and then kept me waiting for 20 minutes. No apology. I had literally one minute to eat my dinner. So I just left in disgust. Again no apology, even when I pointed this out. The only time they showed any enthusiasm was when they took my money and I left.
Love Hummus, but this company is disgusting. They are not even paying their employees...just wow.
