Went today after calling earlier in the day to see if they had a shoe I liked in stock. Luckily they did so I went with my little boy and they were so nice! They measured him whilst sleeping so not to disturb him and then he woke up himself and was able to wander round. The shoes were beautiful and only place I've found stock them! Definitely going back!!!

Went to get some shoes and the staff were so friendly! And gave great advice too! Would go back again and would recommend to all!

We've been using Humphries ever since the little one could walk, she's now almost 4. We had a young gentleman who was looking after us today and he was absolutely brilliant with her, nothing was too much either. The shoes she chose for herself were top quality and she's thrilled with them. The other assistants in the shop made time to chat with us and we always like to have a catch up with them when we go in. Would recommend and do recommend to anyone who is after top quality and reasonably priced shoes. Thank you. See you soon!

We visited today and the staff were very helpful and especially lovely to our little girl. There's a great sale on at the minute too, which doesn't hurt either! thanks again, we will definitely be back!!!

We visited Humphries today also with our son for his first pair of shoes, we were assisted by a very polite and professional young man who was very knowledgable about the shoes and how they fit Small's people's feet! He advised us on the prefect pair for him which he is very happy with, we even had a photo to take home to record the event :).......a very good experience and would highly recommend.

We bought our daughters first shoes from here yesterday. The service was great, the member of staff who served us was very helpful and patient with our little girl. Looking forward to returning when she needs more shoes �

My sister and I visit Droitwich every year when we go to the Malvern Quilt Show at Three counties show ground. Our first port of call is the Spinning Wheel for lunch, followed by a visit to Humphries Shoes. We always buy a pair of sandals or shoes each and are always very pleased. Lovely shop, lovely people.

My family have shopped here for years. My daughter is only allowed her feet measured and her new shoes from her (nanny's orders) staff are always friendly and very helpful. My nan is mobile but disabled she only had to tell the lady what type of shoe she was looking for and she was bought a few so she didn't have to wounder around.

I came in today to get my daughters feet measured and was served by a lovely polite young lad. My daughters only 16months and was wriggling around when he was trying to try the shoes on her he wasnt phased and just carried on he was so helpful i got a lovely pair of boots as shes recently started walking i cant thank him enough for excellent service. I just wish i knew his name

Fabulous staff and fabulous service! We are from Worcester but always make the short journey to humphries to get my daughters shoes! We don't go anywhere else.

Been shopping here for the past 4 years. Always get my two children's shoes from here. Never had a bad experience, always greeted with a smile and polite staff. Nothings too much trouble, if they haven't had the size we were looking for they order it in for you. They've always been very good with serving my two children, always making sure they are happy. Been in today and purchased two more pairs of shoes. One happy customer once again, thank you!

Amazing service here. I always take my two daughters here for shoes. Never had to wait to be served even at busy times. Staff very friendly even when my 3 year old had a meltdown at having her feet measured!! She is now nearly 6 and is more than happy to go there. Thank you all.

Amazing customer service as always for my sons school shoes. The girl serving us (I think her name was Molly) was so good with my son, patient and knowledge. Other shoes stores could learn a lot off you. Thanks again for making school shoe buying so easy

Worst ever customer service. Returned faulty shoes to be told that they would be ok after cutting the faulty part off with scissors, and then to be refused a replacement pair and given a refund. Fair enough, if you don't want my family's custom I will find a retailer who does!
