Fabulous fresh Greek food! Definitely worth a visit! Lovely ambiance and great decor! Head on down to the Hungry Donkey with friends, family and colleagues for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Kali orexi as the Greeks would say! Bon appetite!

Busy, bustling, vibrant and enjoyable meal. Good portions, needs a bigger space, now it's so popular! Our second visit and not the last. What I liked was how accommodating they were as one of our party didn't want dairy. Definitely would recommend if your in the area but book before hand.

A delidghtful marriage of modern design and traditional greek cuisine. The place is cozy and clean, the menu offers a wide variety and the dishes have the warmth of home-made food. Excellent service, the waitress is always around willing to help. I had a pleasant experience with food of the most exquisite flavours! I highly recommend and I`ll definitely visit again!

Wonderful authentic Greek food and wine, couldn’t fault the food. I’ve only dropped a star for the service; I felt a bit rushed, main courses arrived before we’d finished starters. On the whole very good, will return definitely!

Their chips and homemade tomatoe sauce was great. Vegetable skewers were a tad bland. My husband enjoyed the moussaka. All in all a funky little restaurant

I was really excited to try Hungry Donkey, as this is pretty much the only Greek Place in the area. The decor and feel of the place is great but I found the grilled meat to be very dry and the service was awful. I would like to give it another go as it's always busy but was really disappointed with my first visit.

i will not be rushing back - had dinner here with a group friends the other night. the table was booked well in advance - the restaurant was simply understaffed our table got served starters over a 40 minute period - the mains took another 40 mins arrive.



i had some tomato on toast snack - that was good...
