Excellent rooms and meals cooked expertly. Cash and cheque only so don't get overexcited with the honesty bar if you're running out of notes! Beautiful countryside views.
We got picked up at Twice Brewed pub. Hunter Crook Lodge is a lovely B & B with 4 rooms. We had a wonderful three course evening meal and a superb Full English Breakfast plus cereal, fruit and toast and buckets of tea and coffee. There is an honesty box for alcoholic drinks as the pub is a bit of a stretch on raiiny evenings.

Accommodation, food, and hospitality are absolutely first rate.
Brilliant location 2 miles from Hadrian's Wall, with plenty to do around the place. Very friendly service from the owners and great quality room. Views are stunning from upper floor breakfast room.

We walked Hadrian's wall and this "B & B" stood out a mile. New facilities, beautiful room, and great staff who really couldn't do enough for you. Lovely food.
Great Farm yard setting, You can enjoy the ducks and chickens and geese, or close them out with the double glazed windows.
Go out of your way to stay here.
