I have used Hurleys for about 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. I've always found the staff to be approachable and willing to help and when things do go wrong they've always explained why the old part failed and how they plan to fix it. I highly recommend this garage and will continue to use.

Had my car MoT tested here, after previously getting it done at Kennington Motors the year before without any issues at all, and here it failed on the most ridiculously ludicrous of things - absolutely fuming. Things like 'pale rear indicator bulbs' (that were an advisory last time - and how is a 'pale bulb' even a thing?!) and 'something to do with my rear tyres' - which are absolutely fine and legal - as well as 'headlight beam being too high'(?). The list was about seven items long of pointless things that should bear no difference to the safety of the car.

Tester was grumpy and clearly in a bad mood about working on a Saturday and decided to fail it for no good reason, maybe hoping to cash in on the repairs. Should have just taken it back to Kennington Motors, this was the biggest waste of almost £60 I've spent. Will not be returning here and will advise no one else to do so. Awful.

Hurley motors Is a best garage and their staff is verry polight, friendly i would recommend to all taxi drivers - HURLEY MOTORS IS THE BEST.

I have been using Hurley's for about ten years - all my family have - and I have found them to be nothing but helpful, efficient and honest. They help me out by delivering my car if I can't get there, they are forever sorting little things out at short notice, often with a nominal, or no fee. They are transparent about their quotes and don't do unnecessary work. I am fortunate to be able to discuss things with the engineers in my family, and they have always concurred with the plan from Hurley's for my car, so I trust them. The Hurley's team let me know if something is likely to need attention in the future and give me approximate parameters or timelines to guide me. They do MOTs and services for all our cars. They fit me in at short notice when needed and have a friendly attitude - always taking time to answer my questions and explain things to me. They give NHS employees a 10% discount too. I can't praise them enough. They are like my 4th emergency service :)

I have used Hurley Motors several times over the years, and not had any problems with them. Work done has included MOT and servicing of my cars, replacing fuel pumps and starter motors - the last 2 of which required a complementary collection from my home or work address. Have always been pleased with the politeness of the staff and their responsiveness when I have needed my cars to be collected for work to be done.

My experience has been very bad unfortunately. £60 of work was carried out that I didn't request. And my invoice included £110 (plus VAT!) for oil in respect of an oil change. I queried this and we came to an agreement as to my invoice amount before I left the garage. A month later I received my credit card bill and there were two amounts on there - the one I authorised on the day and another processed a few weeks later FOR THE DIFFERENCE! Totally unauthorised payment. Hurley Motors dug out my credit card details and processed a payment without telling me or withour my permission. Totall disgusted. Mick Gardner the owner refuses my calls, I am still trying to sort this out. Terrible business behaviour. AVOID.
