Popped in to the base in Derby today, first class team. The products are excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Attention to detail, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure the exact fit of the correct product for triathlon - and when the fit was not quite perfect, they searched for the one we will need and will get it for us to try on. Thanks!

Over the moon with my first HUUB wetsuit. Bought as an ex-demo but I'm pretty sure it is brand new - with original packaging and labels still attached! After asking for advice regarding sizing I'm pleased to say it fits perfectly too. Thank you so much. ��

My Fiancée bought me the Huub Archimedes II Wetsuit as a Christmas gift. I absolutely love it! Perfect fit, great buoyancy, flexibility & looks awesome! T1 is also a breeze in this suit. I highly recommend this wetsuit to Triathletes of all levels.

Loving my new Huub goggles I got at a local Tri Fair in Mt Kisco NY, Bicycle World. Best goggles I've ever had. I was having so much trouble with the last few pair of goggles I bought from other vendors, kept leaking and visibility was poor. These Huub googles worked the first time and are awesome. I don't usually write reviews, but I love these googles even after a few months, so much that I couldn't help myself.

I went to HUUB in Derby as a 40th birthday treat for a wetsuit never having done any triathlons before. Went in with an idea of the suit I wanted, but with the help of Cain a cracking member of staff, stopped me from buying the wrong type suit. With his help I tried on a few different suits and managed to get a more suitable wetsuit and the best thing, it worked out cheaper.

I thought the Axena wetsuit was too small and didn't fit but after visiting the store a lovely fella sized me properly and I needed a smaller size!

He was very knowledgable and another lady in the store (Julie I think) were very knowledgeable and brilliant at helping me understand a good fit.

Highly recommend both the products and the customer service!

I had an issue with a zip on my hard goggles case that to be fair to your email team they said I could send it back to be replaced. I then went away and forgot to send it off! Today I am in Weymouth to do the 70.3 and I popped to the huub stand in the expo and explained what had happened and that I didn't have the case on me but would get my husband to drop it in on Sunday. They then decided to give me the new case, free of charge without seeing the broken one.

As we all know, event weekends are pretty high stress so this small gesture went a long way to helping me feel ready for tomorrow.

They went above and beyond and it's made my day so I just wanted to say thank you and could you please pass this on to the wonderful team on your Weymouth stand today.

Wish I could try your long course tri suit and nail my Pb for my run and bike ������.

Having owned 100's of swim wetsuits, surfing, spearfishing and free diving suits during a 40 year relationship with the sea the Aerious 2 I recently received from Huub is in my opinion the most advanced suit I ever owned. The cut, sizing, material and attention to detail really impressed me. If you have not owned a suit like this highly recommend you watch the video on how to put it on (plastic bags gloves etc) as sharp nails, forced entry etc will cause damage. The amazing flex and weight mean for me this is a race suit and I have a day to day training suit. Great service from Huub as needed to size up; at 73 kg I was upper limit of a Small but as a bit top heavy in shoulders I moved up to a SMT for a perfect fit. A fast efficient return procedure with great customer care. So excited to race in this suit like a child on Christmas morning!

Can't fault Huub customer care. Small holes from loose stitching in my wetsuit (old Archimedes), so sent it back to them for repair that they said they would do free of charge - opening up my 'repaired' wetsuit sent to me 1 week later and discover they have sent me a brand new Archimedes II - result thank you Huub!! #huubarethebest - glad I bought my son a Huub recently too

Can not fault, the huub after sale service, had problems, with the retailer, over wetsuit changes, I phoned huub, spoke at length to the warranty adviser Rosie Watson, who listened to what I had to say,even though it was a long conversation, and after she spoke to managemt, I have now received a brand new huub 3.5 achimedes 11 wetsuit, can not thank them enough, the wetsuit is made for racing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Bought a long distance DS tri-suit but returned it after three weeks due to some stitching coming undone at the pad. Aside from this small issue, the tri-suit is brilliant. Owner accepted a return no questions asked, and shipped a replacement out to me in days. Even suggested that I could borrow tri-suits in the interim if their backorder took time to come through. Very pleased with the level of service, and I'm pretty sure that the pad stitching issue is a one-off so I will happily continue to use HUUB. Thanks for the quick turnaround.

Amazing customer service from the Huub team today. I ripped my wetsuit and they couldn’t have been more helpful in getting loan suit to me so I could take part in a race this weekend.

After a bit of a muck up sending the wrong wetsuit to the warehouse HUUB gave me an upgrade top wetsuit well happy good service

Buying from Huub got off to a bit of a rocky start, but they have been more than helpful when I've queried a few things. I purchased two Apertif Triathlon Wetsuits, two different sizes. M and ML, I struggled to fit into the M, but the ML is perfect (I think!!) ..so I've got to return the M, as I had a few issues to begin with Huub nicely supplied me with a prepaid returns postage label which was very nice of them, thank you for this kind gesture. I would be more than happy to buy from Huub in the future. I would recommend there wetsuits. Good feel and good fit once you get the right size!

Really disappointed with customer service. Unfriendly, inhuman interaction and leaving me feeling that they don't care about me as a customer. Maybe it's time for a change...

I've got a triathlon transition bag, swim board/ cool bag which are excellent, But.....the sphere shorts allow too much water down the back and the altair goggles have split thanks to the rubber eye piece being stuck on one set of lenses. No reply from customer services via email over the past working week. Not impressed.

Size guide is plain false. I bought via a reseller an M Archimede being 1.8m and 80kg. I tried it, realized it was way too small, made a little scratch trying to fit in and the reseller won t take it back because I tried it. It is just GREAT, thanks Huub for making me waste several hundred euros !
