Very conveniently located, also very busy as a result. Rooms are large, in good condition, m modern, and very comfortable.



Normally I would leave the hotel to eat dinner, but I arrived so late I ate dinner at the hotel. Service very good and the food was excellent! Had the Ozzo Mozzo (egg in mozzarella) as an appetizer and the rib eye medium rare for my meal. Topped it off with the toffee pudding. Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel buffet.



Overall - well done!

Very convenient and a short bus ride from Heathrow central bus centre Nd the terminals. Omfirtable beds, nice comfortable room and efficient friendly staff.

Stayed here last night with my Daughter who was here for an interview at Heathrow. Fantastic! Staff amazing and very attentive. Will defo be back. Keep up the good work guys.

Really lovely hotel. Bedroom was perfect for us. Had a lovely drink in the bar watching the football. Staff were really helpful. Really handy for Heathrow airport.

We found it to be comfortable the food was very well presented and good. I didn't like the automatic 12.5% service charge on everything I believe it should be a client's dission if they leave a tip or not.

Stayed one night at this hotel on my way to Miami from Lisbon. Service was good. Maria was the one who checked us in. The hotel is well situated on Bath Rd across from Heathrow and you can get the free buses from the bus terminal (don’t pay for Hoppa Buses, they are a ripoff) l to get you to and from Heathrow terminals. The room was standard and the bathtub small. Overall, this hotel easyly meets my standard for 4/5 stars. I just wish Heathrow airports hotels provided free shuttles or made large announcements about the free buses.

Excellent booking process with a very thorough gentleman, extremely polite and asked us about breakfast, wake up call, I was travelling with my daughter and we'd booked a double room for convenience and he offered us twin room as available. The beds were fabulously comfortable - I struggled a bit with the air con as was slightly chilly and I couldn't work out the settings but overall a great place to stop overnight before an early start. Would definitely use again.

The Hotel room was a good size, clean. The room was warm, set at 26c. Couldn’t adjust temp we opened the window. The breakfast was good, price on the high end. We arrived close to midnight on Wed left on Thur at 11am. For us it worked well. I am giving a 3 stars because of the AC and high food prices.

It was excellent with room and bed!!! TV channel is an excellent, very much comfortable to travel to terminal 5 n city. But receptionist is so poor with hospitality, none smile, none service, no eyea contact.....how could be Hyatt????

Hotel & rooms were lovely, wouldn’t stay here again though as you wouldn’t accommodate 2 adults & a 16 year old in one room which is absolutely ridiculous so we had to have 2 rooms, there was only 1 person in the other room so we had to pay more, we asked for rooms close together but that never happened either. Would never book this hotel again, we only stayed here as we were on a trip

Arrived ay 11pm and wanted to order at the bar which was packed and understaffed, was told could only order room service. And on the room service menus, you could only order burgers. Luckily the charming receptionist was able to convince the chef to prepare what i wanted after witnessing me wait in vain at the bar. Was told they only had one chef at night with the hotel at 100% occupancy. Rooms are okay but so spread out that you get lost walking through endless corridors.

Very disappointing indeed! Supposed to be a reasonably high end airport hotel but to be honest I’ve had better quality and service at bog standard Travelodge for a fraction of the price. The room was ok but couldn’t control the temperature. Far too warm with the thermostat set to 26C. Who on earth wants a bedroom that warm? A cold blooded reptile perhaps. When adjusting the temperature downwards, cool air comes out initiallly then it goes warm again as it wants to be 26c. Food was average but expensive. They give you a bill to sign at the end of your meal, which you can opt to pay there and then or add it to your room bill to pay at checkout, as is the case with most hotels. The bill includes a line for you to add a tip. Taking the mick somewhat, especially when the food is pricey anyway and they add a service charge. So suggesting a tip is shear audacity. If you park your car for more than a few hours, it quickly goes up to £12 and further £12 for each day afterwards. You soon clock up a bill for nearly 50 quid for just a few days and that will be on top of paying well over £100 for your average room. Couldn’t even get a news channel on the TV, yet Sky News and BBC News are on freeview. Yet all the channels, apart from a select few are scrambled. All of that would warrant 2 or maybe 3 stars but sadly I knocked the score down even lower when I discovered that I was robbed at the bar. Got charged £5.70 for a pint of Coors Light. On the next night I had the same drink and got charged £5.10. I didn’t question it at that point, as I thought being slightly earlier the prices may be a bit lower. On the 3rd night, I got the same drink again and the barman who served me on the first night was on and he charged me £5.70 again. This time I did question it and then he changed the price to £5.10. I challenged him and asked why he charged £5.70 and he only slapped on an extra 60p service charge. A service charge for pouring a pint indeed. You’ve got to be joking!. So my advice. If you’re wanting a night stop before an early flight out of Heathrow or in the area on business, you’re better off going to a premier inn or travelodge somewhere like Hounslow and get a taxi to the airport terminal.

Tried to check in and was told by reception that there was no room available, despite them still offering upgrades at the checkin desk



I was eventually given a different room but had to wait 30 minutes for this room to be cleaned and made available, the 2pm checkin advised on your website and via a text message is obviously not working for your team so I suggest you revise checkin times. After a 5 hour journey this isn’t what I needed, the only apology I was offered was a free drink with my meal, I was offered free parking but since the parking barrier was broken and free anyways, again it was pointless. Hotel stay was not acceptable. I certainly won’t be using your hotel in future and I advise others to stay well away.

Not a very good experience at this hotel. Staff very unfriendly at reception as well as at bar. Instead of eating dinner here, we walked to the Sheraton where we were pleasantly greeted by staff whom looked happy that we were there and had dinner in their restaurant. Once back at Hyatt the staff still not accommodating. Seemed as though we were inconveniencing the staff with our requests and questions. Room was pleasant. Requested bath tissue twice and housekeeping never brought to our room. Will not recommend nor would we stay here again

Mr Ergun and Lucia - hotel manager and staff - refused to give the two rooms i paid for, for my family, who were already distraught from missing their flight due the mistakes from their flight agent.



Whilst i was not present, i had paid for the rooms, received confirmation of payment with "paid" displayed clearly in email and had forwarded this to my family to present to get their rooms.



Unfortunately, the hotel manager first said its not paid for, so then we frantically exchanged messages screenshots, emails to prove payment. Then the explanation - the payment card i used (shown as image on sisters phone who was present) does not match the payment details they have. When i asked mr manager Ergun to speak with me on the phone, he cowardly refused.



Bookingcom explained to them later that the payment details Hyatt receive will be different from the card i used to pay, as bookingcom use their own virtual credit card.



Before bookingcom clarified this, the hotel magically dismissed the payment cards not matching excuse and gave my family their rooms - which of course were paid for - even though Lucia and Ergun demanded payment to have the rooms 10 minutes ealrier. Only took an hour and 21 phone calls, waiting in queues to resolve. The staff also stated to bookingcom that it was a further payment required for "incidentals" whatever that is? as they just coudlnt piece anything together. Very incompetent and inconsidrate staffing.



Absolutely appalling, Mr Ergun, take responsibility, lying and making excuses about why the room was refused!

How on Earth did this place get reviewed so highly? The entire experience was appalling. It started with checkin. The decor was cheap, shabby and depressing. The lighting was designed to make everyone look slightly green. The one person on the desk was surly and outright rude, and made it abundantly clear that we were severely inconveniencing her by daring to check in.



The room was quite pleasant though, and the bed comfortable. It was very noisy, and we could hear people walking down the hall very clearly, as if the door was standing open (it wasn't, I actually got up and checked). The bathtub was astonishingly narrow and I had a hard time showering (there wasn't enough room to turn around). I'm tall and skinny so it wasn't a weight issue.



The restaurant was awful. Dinner was overpriced and not good at all. I had the Thai curry, which was populated with something approximating chicken. Clearly the cheap rejected cuts that other restaurants wouldn't dare serve to their customers. Breakfast was even worse. Almost raw bacon, damp scrambled eggs, poor selection and a huge line for the coffee machine (heaven forbid they'd bring it to you - for the price of the room I'd expect SOME level of service). Also the restaurant is also lit to make everyone look green. Or maybe it was just the cooking.
