Hyde & Co was the first prohibition bar to open in Bristol in 2010 and was the brainchild of Bristol founders Nathan Lee, Jason Mead and Kevin Stokes. With no website, no social media and absolutely no marketing, Hyde & Co became an instant success by word of mouth alone. Now, ten years on they have successfully opened eight multi-award winning venues throughout the south-west. From top-notch British steak restaurants with The Ox Bristol & The Ox Cheltenham, a bustling Spanish tapas & wine bar with Pata Negra, a colourful Mediterranean inspired bar and restaurant with Bambalan, a trendy Japanese inspired restaurant & bar with Seven Lucky Gods, and two of Bristol's much loved award-winning prohibition bars The Milk Thistle, and of course, Hyde & Co. Not only is each as venue unique and original as the next, but they are able to host a whole range of events from private parties, private dinners, cocktail masterclasses & gin experiences to networking events, corporate hospitality, conferences and business presentations. And new for 2020 we are launching our wedding packages, giving couples the option to have a truly unique wedding day. Whatever the occasion, the Hyde & Co Group has something for everyone.
