Paul and Sean provide an outstanding level of service. They worked patiently with my fiancee designing her the perfect bespoke engagement ring, which turned out better than our expectations. No ask was too much (and we had many) and we were always received with care and politeness. I would not hesitate to recommend Hyde Park Design to anyone looking for their special piece of unique jewellery, and we will most definitely return for our wedding bands. Looking forward to it.

Hyde Park Design provide exceptional service, when they speak about 'customised rings' they really can deliver exactly what you want. They welcome you back and encourage you to come see them for a clean and polish of your rings every once in a while which is free of charge, my wedding ring still looks amazing 6 years later, you would not get this level of service in a high street retailer. They are very professional and incredibly friendly, i have the up most respect for them both and would highly recommend them to one and all.

Paul, Sean and the whole team at Hyde Park Design are so welcoming, friendly and always willing to accommodate. It's clearly evident that they are highly experienced and skilled in what they do, and the passion they have for their craft comes across in spades. I have been back to visit a couple of times for small jobs like re-sizing my ring, they are always very accomodatig and needless to say I always leave with a ring sparkling as if it's brand new again! I visited Hyde Park Design to potentially sell my engagement ring, and although they were not prepared to make an offer, it didn't stop them from providing me with first class service!! Paul, Sean & Louisa were absolutely wonderful. They cleaned my ring, took professional photographs, gave me advice on how to sell it for the best possible price - all for free!
