HypnoBirthing believes birth is a natural life event and empowers women and their partners to have a fantastically positive experience. HypnoBirthing uses a variety of techniques including education, deep relaxation techniques, visualisation, special breathing techniques and hypnotherapy to prepare a women and her birth partner for labour and birth, both physically and emotionally. This is a fantastic, empowering programme taking women and their families towards their best birth day ever! !

Courses are taught over 5 sessions, each session lasting 2. 5 hrs.
