Free taster session on Saturday 20th June 9-11 am Knaresborough children's centre, Manor Road, Knaresborough. Just pop in for further information on hypnobirthing, some little relaxation techniques or to book onto the course.

Also offering individual one to one sessions

Course is over 3 weeks and includes CD and associated document file for £100.
