Something worth thinking about! Obviously there are times where the benefits outweigh the risks but where mum and baby are happy and healthy it's definitely worth thinking about.

I hear many women say that they "have/had to have a certain course of action" or "they won't/ didn't let me go beyond whatever date" etc but actually it is the woman that does the allowing and not the other way round. Of course absolutely listen to medical advise but ask questions, know the risks as well as the benefits, find out what other options there are and then make a fully informed decision for what is right for you. Your Body, Your Baby, Your Birth 💕
