Hypnobirthing is a complete birth education programme for both you and your birthing partner, based on the truth that birthing is natural, normal and healthy. It prepares and empowers you so that you can experience birthing feeling calm, confident and in control, having a positive experience no matter what turn your birthing might take.

Hypnobirthing teaches you how your body is perfectly designed and works during childbirth and how fear and tension directly affect this process. It includes techniques for deep relaxation, self-hypnosis and visualization, breathing techniques, bonding with your baby and birth-partner who also plays a central role in supporting you, practical information and much more. Gaining all this knowledge and techniques you will learn to trust your natural birthing instincts, allowing you to relax and welcome birthing.

Many mums experience a much more comfortable and even pain-free birthing. While this is an available possibility there is no guarantee for it, however this fun and educational course will fully prepare you; leaving you informed, feeling fear-free, calm, focused, trusting and in control during your birthing no matter what turn it might take, and able to make the right decisions for you and your family.

I am a hypnotherapist in practice since 2007 and a hypnobirthing practitioner since 2008. After offering the original HypnoBirthing Mongan Method until 2013, I'm currently running the new and wonderful updated and UK based The Wise Hippo programme.

Groups are kept small - up to 4 couples max so you get all the attention you need.

Cost includes the manual book and 5 MP3 download relaxation recordings.

Group classes are available in Brighton. Private courses are held all around Brighton & Hove, Lewes and most parts of London.
