Hypnobirthing North Cumbria Description
I am a mother, a wife, a grandmother and a Midwife. I am someone who likes working with women and their families and supporting them to achieve the best birth experience possible for them.
Jane Weiderman said, and I quote “Giving birth should be your greatest achievement not your greatest fear”, and sadly in many cases this is not the case. I want to give women the gift of a Positive Birth Experience where they are excited and not fearful of childbirth, where they feel calm and confident and can make lasting memories that empower them to be stronger parents.

Thanks Rebecca Wilson for sharing this. Breastfeeding can be challenging at times and this is not often talked about. Mums who want to breast feed their baby need to be congratulated for meeting these challenges and should have encouragement and support from everyone around them. 💕

There is so much great stuff that comes from NHS Scotland. This is one of the best and inspiring demonstration of how awesome breast milk is and again how fabulous the female body is. This is in honour of breastfeeding week and increasing awareness.💕

Again some relevant advice in this exceptional weather we are experiencing. Lovely but can be very uncomfortable for the babies and little ones.
