I am a Birth Doula and Hypnobirth teacher in Guildford Surrey. You will remember the birth of your children forever, you CAN make it an empowering memory.

The aim of my page is to load up articles, pictures, poems, messages, affirmations, which I believe are both educational, fun, informative and get the brain juices flowing. Anything that I see which appeals to me, as a Birth Doula and Breast Feeding mover and groover, as well as a Hypnobirth instructor.
I can't say I will catch everything, but what I do catch and find interesting, or which consolidates supporting great and innovative approaches to birthing will be here!
