I also specialise in hypnotic birthing, which is the use of deep relaxation techniques and mind focus to assist in a comfortable and uplifting birth experience. I have been a counsellor and hypnotherapist for many years now and have helped many people overcome phobias, quit smoking, lose weight and deal with issues such as divorce, bereavement, anxiety and depression.
