Avoid seriously bad customer service

Went in here with parents, as Mam was thinking about changing her car and wanted an auto.

Other family members had bought from here regularly before, and had spoken to one of the salesmen in advance, asking him to treat us well.

Absolutely no rush or pressure at all, no nonsense sales spiel, and everything explained in detail where needed (but not talked down to in any way). Chris Beardwood was fantastic, and is a credit to Border Hyundai really.

After a test drive that was mildly delayed because of signaling issues in the West Coast Mainline, which we were trying to cross, we got out a bit further and had a good drive to get the feel of the car.

So after heading in to have a look, we came out 3 hours later having agreed to buy and to pick up the new car the very next day!

That the staff here were able to chat to people they came in, calling them by their names, speaks volumes of how personal the experience is, and how valued the customers are.

All told, we were more than happy to have bought from here, and would be extremely likely to be heading back again if our when any car purchases are required.
