Due to enquires about our party we have decided to have our Christmas party ALL day so the children can have more fun and the grownups can relax before all the Christmas craziness begins! The doors will be open from 9:30am- 5pm ( people who have purchased tickets are welcome to come along whenever)
Entry can be paid on the day however there are only a limited amount of Christmas Eve boxes/fillers and presents from Santa’s elves. Buying a ticket in advance will mean you’re guaranteed both a present and Christmas Eve box 😀

well what can I say, brilliant. we hired I-play out exclusively for our grandsons birthday which was well worth it. The food was lovely and plenty of it, the kids deffinately enjoyed themselves. The staff were all amazing and couldn't do enough for you, so will deffo be booking again for the next one in may. Thank you

We hired iplay for our daughter's 4th birthday and we were hugely impressed by the service we got. The member of staff that looked after us was excellent and she organised everything so well that we didn't have to worry about anything. It was stress free and she was also very engaging with the kids. Well done and we will certainly go again.

We had our son’s 4th Birthday Party here yesterday. It was lovely and all the children enjoyed it. The food was fab! Thanks to everyone at iPlay for doing such a good job!

We had my 3 year olds party here was well organised and a great price. And the kids really enjoyed it.

We came to I-play for my son's 5th birthday party last year, for which we had exclusive use of the whole place. Just as we thought I-play couldn't get any better, last Sunday we had another truly splendid exclusive party for his 6th birthday! A BIG thanks to I-play's amazing team who make it all look so easy and alleviate the stress of planning a party. We received fantastic feedback from both the children and parents who attended.

Thank you to Shannon, Hannah and Emma for hosting my sons 4th birthday on Saturday.

He and his friends had a great time and as parents we didn’t need to do a thing other than enjoy watching them.

They lovely staff were very attentive and had everything well under control even on a very busy Saturday.

The party food was very good and they accommodated additional dietary requirements with no issues.

My daughter had her first birthday party at I-Play as its her favourite place to go. The staff are brilliant but special thanks to Stacey who prepared our room and brought in the cake and made everything perfect. Great job!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for an amazing party last Sunday. All the children had a wonderful time and all your staff couldn't do enough to help. We had 2 children with severe allergies and all their needs were catered for and nothing was too much trouble. I've already booked my next party with you for a few weeks time. Just had my little girls 3rd birthday party here. It was perfect. The safe was friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the full use of soft play and the disco room. The food they provided for the little ones was really good variety. I couldn't fault it at all. Will defiantly book another party there next year.

If I could give more stars I would. Had m daughter's 4th birthday party here and service was excellent. The staff take all stress and worries away by doing everything for you. Food was great and more than I expected for the price. Great party venue and excellent value for money..... we are definitely going to be having more parties here x

I'd just like to say we still enjoy going to I play, Jamie is in full time school now as are his group of friends that we made there back in 2013 when we joined mm bop. There younger siblings now enjoy the fun instead and when there is no school we all meet up again for catch up time.

I go for mummy time with the girls. The staff are all changing now but the atmosphere is still the same. Genuinely hsppy friendly and approachable. Kerp up the good work I play. Xxx

I look forward to my Tuesday fun at soft play with my son Kieran who works there my other son and my grandsons we love it � the staff including Kieran work very hard. It’s spotlessly clean the toilets are lovely and clean and the food and drinks are lovely. Definitely a must to go to if you have babies and toddlers all the staff are very helpful. 10 our of 10 you guys ��

I had my son's 2nd birthday here today and was really enjoyable. Been to a few friends and enjoyed it then but today was brilliant. My son really enjoyed himself and all his friends. Food was fab and well worth the money. Ladies that worked there was brilliant from start to finish could not ask for any more to be done. Really looked after us. Thank you very much for making my little boys birthday special and enjoyable for myself and the children. Xx

I attended a party here on Sunday. The staff and facilities where excellent. The mini disco was fun for the children and the food was good and well presented, filling and copious.



Most adults had as good a time as the children. The 40 plus children showed that the facilities could easily handle double that with room to spare.

Had my son's 2nd birthday here this afternoon and it was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was perfect lots of happy and tired children now. Thank you so much and would highly recommend. Xx

During our visit this morning there was a full evacuation of the whole shopping centre, which could have resulted in chaos and mayhem. The staff were calm and caring, helping mum's with more than one child, or prams/pushchairs and making sure everyone was ok while we waited for the all clear to go back in. They really helped make a stressful situation a lot easier. I look forward to my next (less exciting) visit! Thank you

Been coming here with my boy for four years now staff are always welcoming and helpful and food is best I've ever tasted in any soft play and most restaurants to be fair and very reasonably priced for the quality I find it a nice relaxed atmosphere with quite alot regulars I've got to know now which makes it nicer for the kids interaction as get to know each other making it nice for single dad's like myself and families alike would totally recommend to anybody keep up the good work big thank you to all the staff for giving me and my boy lots of happy memories x

After today, I cannot rate the lovely staff enough. We're in iPlay regularly with no issues but today, after being made to feel like utter crap from a judgemental mum (don't worry lovely, your time will come when your child is a tearaway 2 year old pushing boundaries), I had to cancel my food order and quickly pack up a 2 year old and 4 month old in absolute tears. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or supportive in sorting me out entry for a later date. It's a lovely soft play anyway, nice and contained so you can see where your children are from most of the tables but today staff were just fab. Thank you, from one upset mummy who is still stunned from the event nearly 2 hours on x
