Established in 1997, IAGTO (International Association of Golf Tour Operators) is the global trade organisation of the golf tourism industry.

IAGTO has over 2100 member golf tour operators, golf resorts, golf courses, hotels, receptive operators, tourist boards, airlines and other golf tourism companies. Our 520 golf tour operators organised golf holidays for 1. 6 million golfers in 2012 and control over 85% of golf holiday package sales worldwide.

IAGTO is the official partner of the International Golf Travel Market and runs the annual Asia Golf Tourism Convention and North America Golf Tourism Convention as well as the Golf Tourism Awards and the International Golf Travel Writers Association (IGTWA).

IAGTO has produced the Golf Tourism Promotion & Development Strategies for more than 30 countries and regions on 5 continents.
