I'm a qualified and insured Nutritional Therapist offering consultations either in person in Surbiton, Surrey or by telephone if preferred.
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. It has been shown to help with all sorts of health conditions including most chronic illnesses as well as the more obvious role that it can play in weight loss and optimum health.
Before a consultation, you will be given a detailed health questionnaire to complete. During the consultation we will then look through your questionnaire and make agreed changes, where necessary, to your diet and lifestyle which may include a supplement programme, if required. All supplements are top quality and are offered at the trade discount prices so that you can be 100% confident that you are only being recommended what you really need (as well as saving a lot of money too).
All consultations last an hour and are followed by a written pack which includes a health overview, agreed action plan and supplement programme, where appropriate.
