User

Really good portion sizes and food is lovely. Would recommend.

User

My family and I love the food here, very good price and huge portions of chips! The burgers are VERY nice, as is the fish :-) the battered sausages are lovely too!

User

Just eaten a fabulous potion of Fish and chips. The Fish is pure fish as my hubby quoted top banana

User

Fantastic Fish and Chips. Well recommend. Friendly too

User

All 8 of us really enjoyed our fish, pie, sausages and chips last week. My dad said they were the best chips he has tasted!

User

First visit. Fish really nice, golden, light crispy batter, really fresh tasting too. Chips looked undercooked but tasted great. Guess they were new season potatoes. Didn’t mind waiting a bit for freshly cooked food

User

As someone who was never a fan of addingtons before tried Ian's plaice tonight and very impressed

User

Lovely bit of fish shame the batter was a bit soggy, chips ok.

User

Not sure whats happened, but not as good as it was, Last week got home to find an order missing, which had been paid for, Large fish seems to have shrunk considerably, Last night chips were under cooked and mushy, such a shame to what it was, !!

User

Awful, sorry but no other words to describe it. The only chippy left in the area so you need to your game

User

To slow and food under cooked, should not have to wait 45 minutes for food. Could have gone Morrisons and done it myself quicker. Chip shop use to be quick tea x

User

Sign says minimum wait 7mins. Waited 45. Slow as busy. Forgot part order so had to wait longer. Arrived home only to find part missing. You have gained onion rings and £1.90 but lost a customer!

User

Poor customer service cannot even read the tickets right for your order. Don't waste your time or money here.

User

My fish was raw!! Cold on the inside burnt on the outside, tried to call but phone number didn't work...!!!!!!!!

User

Just had chips and they look like they were from lunch time, not good but they are normally excellent.

User

Just had a large chips and it was rancid! Greasy and taste bad. Ever since you changed the boxes, it hasn't tasted the same. It's a shame as you are now the only chippy in Liskeard. Will not be returning!!!!

User

Footlong is great, Fish and chips are normally okay, though the chips are usually undercooked and a bit blonde. The speed of service however is typically appalling, last visit was 17 minutes from ordering at the counter to being served with a single portion of fish and chips! And it wasn't even busy that day. All that empty space in those hot cabinets is designed to be filled up with food ready to serve to the big queues of customers who are all stood around wondering what the hell is the delay is. It's a joke, but some days I could actually drive to MacDonald's at Marsh Mills more quickly than I can get served stood at your counter. Chris Mitchell had the right idea, hot food ready to serve to customers and no one ever complained about his quality. At the very least you should reconnect your phone and let people order in advance again to collect, it's almost as if you have an aversion to making money. Great potential damn poor execution.
