When one finds no meaning or purpose, when life is lacking substance, when it is not filled with something substantial that for some it will be filled with a substance. When no is lacking a clear sense of identity they will begin to lose themselves and the positives of their character will be lost one by one. Not knowing their true identity they will fall into situations where they will be identified by an authority. When one has lacked validation they will seek it out often ...in the most outrageous of ways and as dependency emerges, they will become as an invalid. When one begins to create meaning they may give up spirits for the spiritual. One will find their identity when they can identify with our common human condition, accepting the inevitability of sorrow and embracing the moments of joy. When one realizes not to expect validation for doing what should be basic to our nature or what is required and begins to realize their inner strengths and true nature, they will find validation internally rather than by externals.
