We visited with friends and family whilst on a trip to the UK. Everything from cocktails in the bar upstairs to the actual ice bar experience was well organised and staff were very friendly! I have some amazing pictures of the Ice Sculptures and took some for other people too :) We will be back next time we visit!!

The staff were very friendly and the warm bar produced some excellent cocktails. The ice bar was wonderful, where else can you enjoy cocktails at -5! The wild animal sculptures were amazing and certainly gave atmosphere to the bar. Fun beats to give it a mild club atmosphere. A great way to spend 40 minutes

Perfect birthday meal for the other half. Didn’t last the 40 mins in the ice room tho. Chose the champagne session as it was a limited number of people. Food was amazing! Staff were extremely welcoming. Thank you ice bar

My low expectations were blown out of the ice - the meal at the restaurant was fantastic along with the service excellent - great value for money & the ice bar was fun - highly recommend both the restaurant and bar - well done to the staff

I’ve been wanting to do this for ages and wasn’t disappointed as it’s quite quirky. You’re given capes, which are literally thrown over your head as you go in and you need them as it’s very cold �� Gloves are attached (make sure you put them on for the cocktail) and music bangs. It’s very busy but a great atmosphere

It’s an must have experience and the drinks were amazing but the coldness was too much to handle for me personally. I would highly recommend a visit!

Interesting and something different to do. Smaller than I expected but interesting ice sculptures and nice to do in the summer. You only get half an hour which is enough really. Enjoyed the music and the cocktail and staff were friendly and helpful.

I have wanted to come here for SO long and it just didn’t disappoint at all. The staff were so friendly and it was all so well organised. We have a lovely drink in the warm bar to begin with and then moved into the Ice Bar so our slot.



It was just fantastic - the atmosphere, music and experience was so good! Plenty of room for you to walk around and have pictures and everything. I recommend the Squid Vicious - I had to get a refill!

Honestly one of the best experiences I ever had. Me and my girlfriend from Canada had a great time. The staff were so friendly and attentive, the drinks were great and the food was amazing. 10/10

Had an amazing time yesterday and can’t recommend enough. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us and our little girl in her wheelchair and made her visit really great for her especially her goodie bag and tshirt that she is currently wearing around the house. Thanks again for a fab visit

COOLEST experience getting in was no problem greeted with a smile .attended to us promptly escorted us into ice bar when our session was due .the ice bar is below zero so was given some warm suits to put on on arrival was given complimentary ice cocktail the ice room was amazing making very photogenic fotos. After we returned to the warm bar for great cocktails .fab experience thanks guys

The staff members were lovely and welcoming.

My partner and I had a beautiful dinner at the restaurant and then headed up to the ice bar which was stunning . The amount of detail in everything in the room is outstanding. Absolutely loved my experience here and will definitely come again for your next theme.

It was amazing in the heat yesterday - most people baled out before we did enjoying the cool weather !! The cup was good as the drink however once that is over there isn’t much there .... really good in this over hot weather !

It was an experience but was disappointed in being only one room with just a couple of ice sculptures. Wasn't as cold as thought it would have been either. Cost £16.00 to go in and one drink. The drink came in a solid ice type glass. Was really nice. Usually you have 40 mins to stay in there but we left after 20 mins as nothing to see or do.

Glad I have been and experienced it but it wasn’t what I expected . It was only one room with some ice sculptures in and the bar - I expected to see lots of sculptures as the latest promotion said it was the wild - I thought there would be lots of wild animal sculptures to look at . Once you had Bern in the room for 10 minutes and had your drink there really was nothing to do - you cAn only look at the sculptures so many times and not many there . On the plus side the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the reception bar and other facilities are very smart ! Glad I have been as wheats wanted to but think people will need to have their expectations managed .

For the experience it was fun and nice to be in a chilly room for 40mins out of the summer heat ... , I thought the Ice sculptures are just clear plastic with ice inside , Just a small room with a couple of sculptures to look at & take photos , I wasnt keen on the cocktails they are served in a small shot size glass made of ice & pre mixed so not very nice & I thought very over priced for what it is . But the staff are lovely 😊

I suppose it was okay for the experience, but after turning up on time and there being a massive que, you don’t expect to pay all that money to then have to que up for 30 mins to then be allowed to go in for all of 10 mins. Had enough time for 1 cocktail and just thought it was pretty shit. Person on the door couldn’t apologize enough as we wasn’t allowed in due to machines not working or some bullshit excuse.
