We normally skate a Broadgate but it’s not open this year. Glad we switched to CW as we had the best afternoon. The staff were great and came with a smile and helping hand when we fell.

The impromptu ice dance was brilliant and very entertaining.

Visited today with my wife for her birthday, and 2 friends! We all had a great session and will make sure we visit again. Very polite staff and a well maintained ice rink. Thank you.

Very good experience today with my two kids (3 and 6). Easy to get tickets and easy to find it in Canada square. The staff were delightful and very helpful on and off the ice. The rink is beautifully lit up and the ice is the best I have seen this season! Highly recommend, especially since this will be one of the few rinks open till end of February!

The place was very well organised and the staff on the ice were extremely helpful to me with my little girl, very impressed x

Organised very well fell over numerous times. Staff was there to pick me up straight away as 1st time I had ever been. There was 12 of us great laugh.

My friend and I brought our daughters here today for their Christmas treat. It was very well organised and the staff were really lovely. Especially one staff member who made sure he looked after the girls whilst they were on the ice. Thank you so much they had such a memorable day. I’m really sorry I didn’t catch his name however they did get a photo with him. Too many people are quick enough to complain and not a lot write about the fantastic time they had. Well we did so thank you to this member of staff and his colleagues. Have a very Happy Christmas!!!!

I went with my 4yd son yesterday- the session was sold out, so very busy. We didn't pre book a penguin and they were sold out. My son had fun at first but then felt hopeless and got upset. When a staff member saw him crying she offered to give him a quick lesson which helped a lot! Thank you to the girl with long hair an glasses. Great experience! Thank you.

I have a medical condition where I have extreme pain occur in my head and neck and have to inject my self when this occurs. This happened within minutes of being on the ice. I told a member of staff who then spoke to a lovely lady at the front desk who offered for us to come back another day ! Thank you so much you have such a great team ! Xxxxx

I came last week with my son he had a brilliant time and the staff are amazing would defo recommend before it closes on 23th Feb x

Have been to an early bird session and it was lovely and as nervous skater staff on ice were really good and gave me a bit of confidence. Returned today using offer with husband and children. Was very busy but my husband and 5 yr old went on and had lovely time - looking forward to next year for my other daughter ( who is currently 2 ) to be big enough to go on however we will def come for the early bird session !!

Had a great time skating here with friends and family. Love the option to skate under the trees and how big the rink is. Warmed up with a marshmallow-topped hot chocolate in the rink bar, The Grandstand Secret Garden. Staff were brilliant too, will definitely return!

Great experience, the front box office teller by the name of Alex was really cool, informative and helpful. The rest of his fellow staff was really knowledgeable and help full as well. The rink was big and had ample room to free skate. The skates were well sharpened also. Had an awesome time and I would definetly go back.

Can't wait to return to Ice Rink Canary Wharf this November! Staff are friendly and professional and the bar is a great spot for drinks, whether skating or not. It is easily the best ice rink in London ūüĆü

An absolutely excellent night out with our Scout Group. The staff and management were superb and we would recommend this outing without hesitation. Thank you so much for amazing memories

Family had Great fun but very cold. Disappointed there wasnt a viewing area to sit in, I have a disability and couldnt skate and found it hard to stand for the hour to watch. Overall very good.

We come at least 3 times every year, we was a little disappointed with the layout out we loved the old way with the the winding skate paths around the trees the lumanicity seemed lost in the daylight I imagine of a night it would have been affective, but the old way was more romantic and family orientated. Kids still had fun but didn't feel this year was as worth the money.

Was almost perfect. I don‚Äôt know if it‚Äôs because of the colour of my skin but we were treated very differently than everyone else. Started out perfect, the kids were super excited to be ice skating as it was their first time and it was my sons birthday. Got there changed into our skates, but when we decided to get my daughter a penguin to help her on the ice before we even got on. We stood there waiting 10 minutes when 3 other families came after us and got theirs.. when I went to speak to the manager about it she brushed me off and said she was going to handle it. Finally we got a penguin and got onto the ice, I got tired and sat on the penguin for literally 10seconds (granted I know it‚Äôs for kids) and I totally understood when a member of their staff told me to get off but I saw multiple other people on it and no one told them anything ÔŅĹ

It wasn't organised as it was should be . staff at the counter wearing purple top was extremely rude ,only nice person was one of the guide lady who looked after our group..meant to be 2 guides which we paid but i don't think they did justice . one of our little girl fell and cut her finger ..no one came to her rescue .i found the whole administrating was just unprofessional.
