Thought it was time to change picture from Christmas. What better one to use than red roses for Valentine.

I am enjoying a rest before starting a new year. Hope you all had a great Christmas and that 2019 treats you all well. Happy New Year from Iced Creations Kent (Christine).

And so this is what I have been doing for the passed month.

6 Christmas cakes fully decorated and waiting to go.

Busy, busy ,busy. My house looks like a bakery with cakes on every available surface.

Can't believe how popular these little mice are. Obviously they bring back many childhood memories.

Just an example of the cake tops made for St. Augustine's Christmas Fair. Everything was made from sugar except for the globe on the snow globe (but even that could be eaten). Hours of work for such small bits.

Work is in hand for making Christmas cake tops. More information to follow.

This cake was made to be shared on Remembrance Day. It has a sponge base, all the poppies are edible and made by hand.

Now the children are safely returned to school it might be time to consider the next event you would like a cake for. What about Halloween, Bonfire night, Remembrance Day or even an early plan for Christmas?
