Labour doesn't have to be the dramatic, painful, tearful experience that is so often portrayed through the television and media. It is very possible to experience birth as a pain free, controlled and beautiful experience.

Statistics repeatedly show that women who prepare for the labour and birth with hypnobirthing classes experience a significant shorter labour without the need for medicalised interventions. The number of women having a c-section are also reduced by circa 50% .

As a fully trained hypnobirthing teacher DipHB(KG), I am here to support you throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for a calm and relaxed birth.

I am currently offering a course of 4 classes for £320 per couple (additional birthing partners such as mum, sister, doula are able to attend free of charge)
