A private 6 seat sushi bar, serving an 18 course Omakase meal 🍣 Omakase in Japanese means ‘I leave it up to you’ giving the chef control of the menu to cater a unique dining experience.

Miso Soup House Salad Modern Sashimi Tempura Shoga-yaki (cooked in soy) Miso-zuke (marinated in miso) Palette cleanser
10 piece nigiri sushi Each piece cured with served with a unique topping prepared one by one
