Icycle

I popped in because I needed to swap a direct mount chainring that I didn't have the tool for. The manager was curious about what bike I'd bought, if I liked it etc. It was a nice chat and iCycle as a whole seems very passionate about bikes.
The mechanic was sight impaired, which I didn't understand at first. He seemed very skilled.
When the job was done the manager refused my money which I felt obliged on giving considering how I had been looked after.

I am usually one to buy online but this customer service simply cannot be had online. They both went out of there way to fix my problem quickly.

As I left I was told if I ever had a problem I was welcome to come and seek help there.
The customer service at iCycle is outstanding. I now understand why LBS must be preserved. There is something very special about iCycle and it goes beyond bikes.

An incredible customer service to the point where I have been loaned a set of tyres from the manager until the ones I have ordered arrive to ensure I can still commute to work. Restores my faith in human decency and kindness. A highly recommended experience for any one within the cycling community!!

Been going to this bikeshop since it was harbourn bike sugery, many years ago. Friendly, knowledgeable, and never too busy to help. Even if you just pop in on the off-chance they could give you a diagnosis on a bike problem. Terrific!!!!

Not from Birmingham area so took a bit of a stab in the dark when chosing a bike shop to get my bike serviced at. Also not one to usually write reviews but was pretty chuffed by the service I got, also really decent guys in there, who knew their stuff and were honest about what they thought I really needed changing on the bike (which turned out to be very little). I'd happily recommend this place to anyone looking to get a service or buy a bike

Knowledgeable and friendly service.
I was looking for a second hand bike to get me to and from uni.
Discovered iCycle and after arriving, I was shown to a well priced bike that had been serviced and ready to ride.
All my accessories were kindly fitted for free and the staff insisted that if I encountered any issues at anytime in the future, they'd be happy to help.
Had an exceptionally smooth and enjoyable ride home on it.

I met the iCycle team at a promotion at my office and was interested to hear about the fantastic work they do supporting people with disabilities. I am a keen road cyclist and have since taken my bike in to have a power meter fitted and to have the gears indexed. The customer service is great. The store manager, Sat, is really friendly and they generally take my bike immediately and turn the repairs around same day. They are not a specialist road cyclist shop but they are very competent and Sat is a road cyclist himself with bags of enthusiasm and I've had no problems with the work done. Oh, and they're very reasonably priced!
You have to use these guys, they're top notch!
