I went to Identity yesterday for the first time after a recommendation from a friend. From booking the appointment to the treatments, the whole experience was amazing. The team are so welcoming and friendly, easy to get along with and you get the feeling that everyone has a great time there! My toes have never looked so polished and my brows and lashes are perfect. I felt really comfortable from start to finish and will be back soon!

I visited Identity today for the first time for a waxing appointment ahead of (hopefully) giving birth next week. I was booked in with Courtney who was very friendly and made me feel at ease.

Waxing being a very intimate procedure and me being 39 weeks pregnant I was slightly apprehensive however I was made to feel so comfortable from start to finish and this was purely down to Courtney’s professionalism. I will definitely be revisiting Identity and would highly recommend it, even if you’re a bit nervous or embarrassed as you will soon stop feeling like this once you arrive.

I really love my new hair colour and my pink highlights, the colours are amazing, thanks to Sadie, I've had lots of compliments? I will definitely recommend Identity Hair and beauty salon, especially Sadie � thank you so much.

Nothing is ever too much trouble! They take such care and diligence over their customers, genuinely taking an interest, and take great pride in making sure their work is the highest quality. Courtney has always done my nails beautifully but all the other staff members and the owner always say hello or join in conversation. Thank you ladies xx

I had been hunting for a new hairdresser for months after mine changed careers. After trying others, I gave Identity a try and I had the lovely Vicky. She was fab, my hair has a mind of its own and she is one of the few people who can make it look wonderful! Been back twice and think it will now be my regular salon! All the staff are so lovely, especially Vicky and Emma . Would recommend to anyone!

I had a balayage done by Sadie for the second time (the first time I was a wimp and didn’t want it to obvious!) but she listened the first time and let me have my Little way by making it subtle. Came back again to have something a little more obvious and it looks incredible, really natural and a beautiful colour. 100% trust her with my hair and know it will be amazing every time. The whole team are so friendly, welcoming and really easy to get on with! Funny bunch of girls so if you want to get your hair done amazingly by real professionals whilst having a laugh - I 100% recommend. The new re Dec also looks amazing and their fruit teas are � xx

I had a Shellac manicure and pedicure done by Kathryn before my holiday. Fabulous ceramic silver on my toes and Field Fox on fingers with a little graduated glitter to add subtle holiday sparkle. Looks fabulous in the sunshine. Very friendly salon and just loving my nails!!! Thanks Kathryn. ��

Had the most amazing lava shell massage here yesterday. Very professional service very polite I have paid for massages at some of the best spas in England and had many massages and I can honestly say this was by far the best I have ever had. Good price will be visiting soon for another one for sure thanks guys.
