My wife bought me a gift from here. Sales man assured her if it wasn't suitable she could return it. Away for Christmas. Gift wasn't suitable so she tried to return it. No chance. My wife spoke to the same sales guy who told her " why would i say that ". Yes their receipt states exchange or credit note. However there T&Cs state that a refund can only be made to the card used to purchased the item. Gift recipient can return for an exchange or credit note. conflicting information enforced by a member of staff just pushing a sale. Should take up double glassing instead. Never again. BUYER BE AWARE.

very disappointing bought a watch which was faulty was told it would be sorted asap and i would have it the next day, met a member of staff who arranged to drop it off to me and as soon as i got home the watch was not even working

I have had excellent service from Identity whenever I have bought anything. The staff in their stores are excellent & their support from buying online is excellent.
