With a superb range of beer, friendly staff and lovely food, this place is both an asset to Idle and probably a little bit wasted in its location as it not really 'near' anything else. Would fit in beautifully in Bradfords independent quarter. That said I will definitely visit again

Went for the steak night on Thursday and it was amazing. food and atmosphere was great. This is the second time I've been and I will definitely be returning

Well today we ate at the beerhouse, especially for fathers day and was not disappointed. Extra large portions for the dads and mums lol, kids all enjoyed pancakes with sryup and chocolate sauce, omelettes and lashings of toast. Hats off to the chef it was delicious and the staff really attentive. Would recommend anyone to try eating here great food with brilliant company �����

We have enjoyed brunch here twice since the change of ownership and the standard of food just gets better!

We enjoyed both the vegetarian and normal brunch which were both perfectly cooked and comes with either a tea or coffee!

The pub is warm and welcoming and stylishly refurbished!

There is a superb selection of real ales and craft beers to enjoy along with a great selection of Gin!

Also look out for their meet the brewers events and good acoustic singers.

Looking forward to our next visit!

Visited yesterday and really like the fact that you have opened up the old Sympo food area for all to enjoy. There's a new lighter airey feel to the place and the beer was on top form at very reasonable prices. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The Idle Beerhouse is a great nrw addition to Idle pub sceen, lets hope people apprieciate it whatever their age or drink ing preference. Thanks for coming to Idle and good look with this great new venture.

One of my favourite places! Amazing selection of gins & the gin flights are really good value for money. Have recently enjoyed 2 ‘meet the brewer’ events & a gin masterclass on Thursday nights. Food is lovely especially the allotment breakfast. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Now that the dust has settled after the recent take over the place feels like home again . The staff are friendly and always make you feel welcome �. Not tried the food yet but I will do soon . THE place in Idle �

I was lucky enought to win a competition for a meal for 4 and booked it for last night and we weren't disappointed,from the lovely hard working polite staff to the well presented tasty food everything was 5 star!!!!!

I loved this place. Great beer and gin selection, really well decorated especially loved the yellow, beautiful outside space and really great staff.

I called in for a drink much to my surprise they had a lot of gins to choose from but decided to try the new Parma- violets gin with tonic water really lovely drink which had plenty of fruit in it �can't wait to go again to try other gins .

Have visited for breakfast & attended the quiz night & will certainly be back again. Excellent atmosphere. Could have been at any modern, welcoming establishment in Harrogate, Leeds or the surrounding area yet lucky enough to have this place on our doorstep! Reasonably priced, excellent selection of gins & knowledgeable staff (& am assured by other half that the larger was just good). Quiz was good fun & you could hear questions & answers easily. Supper provided was impressive. Will certainly be back!

Had a lovely bank holiday Monday evening sampling the gins..... at very affordable prices.. Will defiantly be back to try more... they have done a great job on the refurb...... a must try....

A little disappointedas I only drink vodka with cranberry which they didn't have. My hubby asked if he could nip to shop and get some but was told no. I ended up with vodka orange so left after one drink. I can't drink carbonated drinks so won't be rushing back unless they get some cranberry in.

Nice enough but a few things need to improve, hopefully just teething troubles.

Firstly on a Sunday afternoon 2 beers off and no effort to replace them which for a beer house is not a good advert. This is no doubt related to an apparent lack of staff, those present seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. Food was nice enough but roast potatoes need to be crispy, there was no evidence of crackling or black pudding with the Pork Belly but quantity and quality were overall good and to be recommended. Again, no doubt due to a lack of staff, plates weren’t cleared when we finished eating.

So lots of potential and hopefully the attention to detail and service will improve with experience.

Food great, beer great, decor great.

40 mins to cook a burger and chips when there about 2 other people in at lunchtime, not so great.

Maybe just unlucky happy to try again as everything else smashing
