What a lovely peaceful place Julie and Paul so welcoming. Being seeing you both again soon.

Lovely friendly site. Uncomplicated stay on a very well maintained site. We will be back.

Beautifully kept, clean adequate facilities but not walking distance from shops unless you don't mind walking along a 60ml/hr road. Just a little too close to the road for me.

Loverly little spot, well maintained and a good atmosphere all round! Will defiantly be staying again if am in the area, it does get a lil noisy at weekends but the 11 o'clock rule is pretty well enforced with just quite chatter after that.

It's worth noting the site is over 25s and there is no electric hook up

Loved it!!

My partner and I decided to have a night away on the bike and after searching for a campsite that allows fires (no where lets you?!) selected Idle Hours.
The reception we got was warm and friendly and we immediately felt welcome.
The atmosphere was calm and relaxed and Paul helped us get our fire going (we are city folks!).
It was a lovely nights stay in a beautiful setting that is rural enough to feel out with nature but close enough to shops that you can pop out for some bits or grab a curry (literally less than 2 miles).
Julie and Paul we will see you very soon!!
